Attendees, Sponsors and Exhibitors, with your registration for the event, you consent to Directions North America policies below. Additional details are listed in the FAQs section and Sponsor Portal. Eligibility

Attendance at the Directions North America 2026 conference is restricted to Microsoft employees, registered Sponsors and Exhibitors and any persons engaged in the business of delivering Microsoft Dynamics SMB solutions either as or through an authorized Dynamics partner. Other individuals may be eligible if they add value to the Dynamics community, are not in direct competition with the event itself or Dynamics, and agree to sign an NDA, if asked. Individuals who do not meet the above criteria cannot be permitted to register for this conference. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, you will forfeit the registration fee.

As a Sponsor or an Expo Exhibitor you agree to Directions North America 2026 Rules & Regulations.

Sponsorship Payment and Cancellation Policy

Major sponsor fees may be paid by bank transfer to avoid being charged a credit card fee. Payments for Exhibitors are by credit card only (credit card fees applied.) Full payment is due immediately to secure your sponsorship. Sponsorships will be held for ten days and released if payment is not received. You may cancel your sponsorship no later than December 31, 2025 for a 50% refund of your sponsorship fees. Cancellations after December 31, 2025 are non-refundable. Sponsorship cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to the Directions Sponsorship Committee at sponors@DirectionsNA.com.

Conference Registration Cancellations and Refund Policy

Conference registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email and sent to the Directions Treasurer at Treasurer@DirectionsNA.com. Cancellations notifications received on or before midnight Eastern (ET), March 22, 2026 will receive a refund less a $100 service charge. Cancellations requests received after midnight Eastern (ET), March 22, 2026, and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted. 

By submitting your sponsorship request, you state that you understand the above, accept the requirements to attend this conference, and agree to the Directions Sponsor Rules & Regulations.

Attendees and guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event. Photos and videos of the conference, sponsors and attendees may be taken and published by Directions for promotional purposes. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, or behave in manners not consistent with the mission and values of the Conference, you will forfeit the registration fee. Conference Materials and Activities

Directions North America reserves the rights to record, distribute and/or publish materials presented during the Conference. Conference participants may not photograph, audio record, video record, and/or stream sessions, workshops, events, exhibit booths, other participants, interviews, and activities for the purpose of publication and distribution without the express consent of Directions North America Organizing Committee.

No Suitcasing

To protect the attendee experience and the investments made by sponsors and exhibitors, Directions North America does not allow suitcasing or outboarding. This policy prevents acts of marketing, promoting, selling, or otherwise soliciting business, without purchasing an exhibitor booth or sponsoring the event.

Non-Event-Related Commercial Activities Prohibited

Other commercial activities and events are prohibited from being conducted during event hours from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place. This includes events conducted or hosted by sponsors, exhibitors or other attendees. 

Promotional Item Distribution

Marketing materials and promotional items must be distributed from sponsor or exhibitor kiosks only, unless a custom MPO has been approved as part of a sponsorship.

Directions North America Attendee Code of Conduct

We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Attendees that violate this code of conduct, regardless of participation level or sponsorship, will be escorted out of the event and will forfeit any money spent to attend the conference. The Board would review future participation in Directions NA event(s).

Pets and Service Animals

Pets and animals of any types are not allowed in the conference areas. Attendees who need the assistance of a service dog or animal, properly trained and registered where appropriate, should contact us ahead of time so we can address those needs on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

Directions North America will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from any unavoidable, unforeseeable cause whatsoever beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, action or decree of civil or military authority, insurrection, act of war, terrorism, labor disputes or shortages, material shortages, failure of suppliers, or embargo. It is further agreed that in case the conference venue shall be destroyed by fire or the elements, or by any other cause, or in case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes, or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for Directions North America to hold the show or portion thereof at the time and place herein provided then and there upon this agreement shall terminate and Sponsor, Exhibitor and Attendee shall and does hereby waive any claim for property or other damages or compensation except the pro rata return on the amount paid after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with Directions North America and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
