The conference center is located within the hotel and Directions NA will be the only event in the property. All general sessions, breakout sessions, meals and the expo hall are conveniently located in the same space.
There is plenty of room for networking, visiting sponsors and taking breaks between sessions.

Hotel Reservations

Directions North America is pleased to offer the exclusive event room rate of $269/night (plus applicable taxes and fees), with the Hotel Fee waived.
You must use this link to get the Directions NA room rate. Select the dates of your desired stay; pre and post event nights will reflect availability based on overall hotel inventory. If your dates are not availalbe, adjust your arrival and departure dates.

The booking link allows 2 reservations to be made at a time. You may make multiple reservations. The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a 1-night room penalty fee. All no shows are subject to a 1-night penalty fee.
The event rate expires April 5, 2026. Book early, as availability is limited.

The Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular Registration tickets are full conference passes. The remaining passes are for different parts of the events.

Yes, this is possible, attendee pass is transferable.
There is always a vegetarian option in our menu. If you have any specific needs such as gluten or lactose free, please let us know in advance.

The app is called Directions NA has been released.
We highly recommend to do this asap, but at the latest on April 1st.
Please register yourself and have everyone from your company register themselves as well to avoid queuing on site. Make sure you provide the correct information. During registration there are fields called „Display fields“, those will be printed on your badge.

Access Speaker Presentations
Presentations are shared by Speakers at their discretion and are available on the Directions Community Portal, a portal for Dynamics Partners. If you are not yet a member, click “Request to Join”. The team will review and grant approval. You will receive a confirmation email to set up an account. This may take some time for your account to be activated.
Once you logged in, navigate to Directions North America 2025 under Past Events and the sessions of interest to you. If speakers have uploaded presentations, you’ll find a Download Presentation button. If you do not see the presentations you’re looking for, please allow speakers the opportunity to upload and check back later.

The most common question is: why is Cronus USA Inc. listed on my credit card or financial institution receipts? Cronus USA Inc. is the non-profit organization managed by the Directions North America Organizing Committee that operates Directions North America events. Cronus USA Inc. is correctly listed as the merchant for credit card and financial transactions. We use Stripe as our payment processer, and fees such as credit card transactions and fund transfers via financial institutions charged by Stripe are passed through. If you need any additional help with regard to credit card, fund transfers, and financial transactions, please contact treasurer@directionsna.com.
