Attendees, Sponsors and Exhibitors, with your registration and participation, you consent to Directions North America policies below. Additional details are listed in the FAQs section and Sponsor Portals. Policies are subject to change. Eligibility
Attendance at Directions North America 2026 is restricted to Microsoft employees, registered Sponsors and Exhibitors and any person engaged in the business of delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions either as or through an authorized Microsoft Dynamics Partner.
Other individuals may be eligible if they add value to the Dynamics community, are not in direct competition with the event itself or Microsoft Dynamics and agree to sign an NDA, if asked. In order to protect the integrity of the event and encourage Microsoft Dynamics Partners to send multiple team members, recruiters and other individuals who do not meet the above criteria are not permitted to register for this conference.
Attendees and guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event. Photos and videos of the conference, sponsors and attendees may be taken and published by Directions for promotional purposes. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, or behave in manners not consistent with the mission and values of the Conference, you will forfeit the registration fee. Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email and sent to Directions Treasurer at treasurer@DirectionsNA.com. Cancellation notifications received on or before midnight Eastern (EST), March 22, 2026 will receive a refund less a $100 service charge. Credit card and financial transactions fees charged by third party are not refundable. Cancellation requests received after midnight Eastern (EST), March 22, 2026, and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted.

Transfer of Passes (Substitutions)
Conference Passes, Day Passes, and Expo Only Passes may be transferred to another eligible individual by midnight Eastern (EST) March 31, 2026. Please send your request to directions@directionsna.com with information of the new registrant (email, name, job title, city, country, mobile number.) All transfers (substitutions) are subject to approval. Individuals who are not named on the registrations may not be admitted to the conference. Attendees must meet eligibility requirements and purchase a valid pass for admission.
Expo Only Passes
Expo Only Passes are only available to registered Sponsors and Exhibitors. Registrants can attend General Sessions, ISV Sessions offered by their company (if applicable), Expo Hall and Receptions, and Partner Celebration. No admission to any other Conference Sessions, Workshops and activities is permitted.
Guest Passes
We are delighted to offer Guest Passes to Directions North America 2026 for the Partner Celebration, which will be held the evening of Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
Guests must attend with a registered attendee and be 21 years or older. Individuals who plan to participate in the conference event and/or networking activities and meet the conference eligibility criteria should purchase a Conference Pass, or an Expo Only Pass (if eligible). Guest name badges contain name only with no company affiliations.
Attendee and Guess Passes
Once registered onsite, attendee badges may not be shared and must be worn to all event activities.
Non-Event-Related Commercial Activities Prohibited
Other commercial activities and events are prohibited from being conducted during event hours from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place. This includes events conducted or hosted by sponsors, exhibitors or other attendees.
Conference Materials and Activities
Directions North America reserves the rights to record, distribute and/or publish materials presented during the Conference. Conference participants may not photograph, audio record, video record, and/or stream sessions, workshops, events, exhibit booths, other participants, interviews, and activities for the purpose of publication and distribution without the express consent of Directions North America Organizing Committee.
Directions North America Attendee Code of Conduct
We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
Attendees that violate this code of conduct, regardless of participation level or sponsorship, will be escorted out of the event and will forfeit any money spent to attend the conference. The Board would review future participation in Directions NA event(s).
Pets and Service Animals
Pets and animals of any types are not allowed in the conference areas. Attendees who need the assistance of a service dog or animal, properly trained and registered where appropriate, should contact us ahead of time so we can address those needs on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure
Directions North America will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from any unavoidable, unforeseeable cause whatsoever beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, action or decree of civil or military authority, insurrection, act of war, terrorism, labor disputes or shortages, material shortages, failure of suppliers, or embargo. It is further agreed that in case the conference venue shall be destroyed by fire or the elements, or by any other cause, or in case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes, or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for Directions North America to hold the show or portion thereof at the time and place herein provided then and there upon this agreement shall terminate and Sponsor, Exhibitor and Attendee shall and does hereby waive any claim for property or other damages or compensation except the pro rata return on the amount paid after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with Directions North America and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party.
